Application of Ultra Fast Photonic Processing Technology in Functional Textiles

History: Previously, most functional textiles are long fabric products. For example, far infrared warming textiles are long fibers containing bamboo charcoal, short fibers can only have auxiliaries added in post-process for soaking or be coated to have functionality, but the effective period is not long. In the paper, an ultra fast photonic processing technology is introduced that can be applied to all fibers, including cotton, linen, silk, fustian, rayon, polyester, nylon, PP etc. and is rapid without polluting environment in processing cloth or finished product.
Preface
The universe contains plastid and non-plastid as a combination of microscope world and macro-scope world. All substances have their [physical spectrum] characteristics, which can be known as we use spectrum instrument to test. As the same reason, human body is a [biologic radiation source] which can radiates various types of energies circumferentially, and may be excited and hurt by external electromagnetic wave/UV ray/IR ray and various hazardous ionizing radiations. It is not only an electric field, but also a thermal field and optical effect field. It is a comprehensive physical field, in which there are lots of biological activities relating to life.
All substances are composed of molecules, atoms and electrons. These basic mass points keep on vibration or rotation even in the ground state. These motions have their own constant frequencies. Take human body as an example, as we render external physical fields with the same vibration frequent, that is, an electromagnetic wave with the same frequency as human body and enlarged energy (about 100 million times), it will actuate these basic mass points to generate a [resonance phenomenon] similar to vibration science. If the phenomenon is in a optimal matching absorption state, excitation in a positive feedback manner would occur within a limited range.
In view of prosperous green energy industry, the functional nanometer material technology has been developed to ultra nanometer extreme, that is, photonic particles” [quantum effect], while far IR light (electromagnetic) fluctuation may be defined, in academic terminology, as [biological photoelectron], which is called [biological energy /birth light wave], and is applied to a wide industrial range, especially in bio-technology/health care field. Currently known far IR application products ma cover sweat shirt, bra, energy bracelet, sports silicone bracelet, facial mask, ache salve mull, wristband, kneecap, socks, blinder, magic kerchief, golf gloves, baseball striking gloves, plastic wrap, silicone nipple, water filter activation sleeve, drop and other process facilities, such as medicine factory, winery, mineral water factory, foods factory and cosmetics factory.
In view of limitations and shortages of biological ceramic powder in process, such as radiation possibility, rough tactility, damage to parts of textile machine, complex nanometer process, and magnet polarity problem, obscure far IR performance of bamboo charcoal, Thomson Biotechnology considers to apply the speed of ultra fast photonic technology (between picoseconds and femtosecond) in combination with material application technology. According to Einsten’s [quantum photoelectric effect] theory, by implant a 4 o 14 μm FIR terahertz wave (21 THz to 75 THz) into material at room temperature to produce generated light in textile material with Raman effect and energy level stack, there are following applications:

The far (middle) IR process in the current phase is divided into three types: (1) adding mineral powders
The processing and manufacturing theory structure according to the third type is discussed herein. The 21 THz to 75 THz high frequency variation (activity) biological optical dynamics radiates (penetrates) the processed object. By means of the spectrum absorption property of material, minor material quality changes. After energy level (eV) is created, the quantum physical property of far IR 4 to 14 μm fluctuation is applied to the processed object.
The biological photoelectron technology involves technology scopes, such as quantum physics, optics, biology, polymer material, ultra-nanometer science and life information. They are currently applied widely to medical science, national defense, national economy, scientific research and spatial technology.
Optical radiation occupies a wider band in light spectrum, which is usually from 0.01 μm to 1000 μm, and can be divided into UV, visible and IR bands, in which the visible band occupies only a very small portion with wavelength between 0.38 to 0.76 μm, that is, the human eye recognizable range. Because of the limitation of atmospheric property, the main bands used by the industry for R&D are: near UV band, near IR band, 3 to 5 μm middle IR band and 8 to 14 μm far IR band.

Introduction to Ultra Fast Photonic Processing Technology
- With the advanced scientific high frequency (Terahertz) oscillation technology, the high density, macromolecule giant far IR waves 4 to 14 μm is aggregated to the laser energy conversion equipment made of diamond material (typically quartz oscillation material) optical radiation head. The (optical wave turning) top speed radiation (femtosecond ~ picosecond) is utilized for it to penetrate onto the processed material. The quantum state photoelectric effect (Eiesten’s theory – Quantum Theory) is generated in an [energy level transition stacking] way. Subsequently, regenerative light (Ramon Effect) is generated on entity materials, such as long and short fabric textile/leather, to manufacture and produce functional textile with sub-high frequency far IR quantum physical characteristics.
- Next, the sub-energy level (textile …) material radiates 4 to 14 μm (3 ~ 30 THz) FIR wave into human body. Resonant absorption is made through 70% above water and 60 to 70 trillion cells in the human body (4 to 14 μm bio-resonance) for cells which lose electrons (aging) to recover. Further, cells and bloods are activated to metabolize cell waste, drive nutrition absorption, and improve immunity.
- Different from typical traditional interference electrically plugged mechanical electronic energy, it is not far IR mineral powder with [ionized radiation] line doubt, either. There is also not positive and negative polarity issue of magnet. The user of medical machines, such as pace maker/hearing aid is not affected.
